Where is the parking lot?

Our car park is located in Machelen, in an area close to Brussels-Zaventem airport.

What is the exact distance to the airport?

Located 5.7 kilometres from the airport, it will take you no more than 9 minutes to get there.

Is it a fenced car park?

The car park is fully fenced. Your vehicle will be protected from dirt and external hazards.

How is the car park guarded?

The car park is fenced and monitored by a video surveillance system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, a guard is present on site to monitor the vehicles present.

Can we take advantage of the shuttle service without reservation?

The shuttle service is available by reservation, either by email or telephone. This way, we can ensure you a journey in time according to your departure.

Is there a time limit before which I must reserve the parking space?

You can reserve your parking space up to 24 hours before your departure via the website. If you need to reserve the same day, it is best to call so that we can process the request as quickly as possible and see the availability at that time.

How is the return journey made? What are the steps to follow?

For the return trip, 2 options are available to you: You can either let us know the day and time of your return flight before your departure, or call us once you have landed so that we can come and pick you up as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my reservation? Is it possible to change it?

Once you have made a reservation, you can change or cancel it. We will ask you to let us know at least 24 hours before your departure, via telephone, so that we can take the necessary steps.

Can the shuttles take care of people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the shuttles cannot take care of people with reduced mobility with their wheelchair. However, if there is a possibility that the person can sit on a seat, it is possible to take care of the person, but also the wheelchair (which will be put in the luggage compartment).
